Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Whisk in the milk and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir with a rubber spatula until just combined.
