Drive on a Septic Drain Field? No, driving over your septic drain field is similarly never ever recommended. Cars and heavy equipment should be prevented from entering the field as much as possible. A sewage tank is a container that is used to collect and treat sewage.
It is designed to hold a certain amount of sewage, but it is not intended to be used as a permanent home for the sewage that flows through it. In contrast, a septic tank, on the other hand, is an open-air storage tank that can hold any type of waste, including human and animal waste.

How much weight can you put over a septic tank?
At any one time, no more than one axle or two wheels must be over the tank. At a depth of 1 inch, the minimum concrete strength will be 5,000 mpa. The tank shall have a minimum of three (3) inches (76.2 mm) thick concrete flooring. Flooring shall not be less than 1/2 inch thick and shall conform to the requirements of Table R602.1(l).
The floor shall extend at least one foot (12.7 mm), and at most one and one-half (1 1 / 2 ) inches beyond the bottom of each tank, from the ground to a height of not to exceed 4 inches above the lowest point on the floor.
Can you drive a skid steer over a septic field?

Once you have dug your trench, cover it with a layer of soil that is about ½ inch thick. The soil should be moist but not soggy. Cover the top of your soil with this soil and leave it in place for a few days. Repeat this process several times to ensure that your new soil is completely dry and free of any sign of moisture or mold.

Granite gravel is the best option for a leach field bed. The amount of gravel depends on the composition of the soil. Depending on the size of the system, the field depth should be between 3 and 4 feet.
Can you put pavers over a septic drain field?

Can you put a fire pit over a leach field?
A fire pit directly on the field increases the chances of melting the drain pipes underneath, but a fire pit that stands on legs would eliminate that and still allow you to make the most of your limited space. One of the possible problems of which to be concerned is the issue of compaction. If you have a lot of space to work with, you may want to consider building your own fire pits.
